Mass Processing Suspected Changes

The Inspect All Change option shows the difference and merges them only if there is one reference item in the reference field, or there is only one suspected associated item.

You can merge or reject all suspected changes of a tracker by selecting the

on the
Document View and
Document Edit View. You can do the following:
• Inspect All Changes—Process all suspected items in the tracker.
• Inspect All Changes on Selection—Process the suspected items that are selected.
After clicking the menu item, the Merge screen shows the changes from multiple items. At the top of the screen, you can select a reference field or Associations. The resulting item list is displayed. If an item is suspected based on the selected field, it is shown in the list.
The merge page includes the following options:
• Apply All—Copies all the changes from all the items from the right side to the left.
• Clear All Suspected—Clear the Clear Suspected checkboxes for all items.
• Do not merge summary and description—If this option is selected, Apply All does not copy the summaries and descriptions.
