Generating Specification Documents
Codebeamer can export issues from requirements trackers into .doc files.
Form the relevant requirements tracker, select Export to Word from the More menu 
The generated document is in MHTML format. This is a multipart HTML document format that is natively supported by newer versions of Microsoft Word. The .doc extension makes Word the default editor for created file.
The following properties of the issues are exported to the document:
• Summary
• Description
• Revision
• Business value (priority)
• Status
• Issue references (associated issues, child issues and parent issues and so on)
