Excel has a 32k limit on the size of the cells, which has a built-in solution.

Images and other attachments are not exported to Excel. If you want to use a Round—Trip Excel export to copy items to a different tracker, the images will be missing after importing the Excel.

Only 1000 rows are handled during the export and import processes. However, you can run the importing procedure several times.
