Copy or Move Issue Children
Codebeameruses both parent permission and status to determine whether a descendant (child) issue can be moved.

By default, the children and association of an issue cannot be changed in the Closed status.

The Cut and Move to actions for issues are only enabled if the user has edit permission for the parent of issue in the current issue status. If the issue is the child of a parent issue, then edit permission for the children of the parent according to the parent status is also required.
Users can copy and move issues using the Cut, Copy and Paste and Copy to or Move to options.
This operation also copies or moves the descendants of the issues recursively.
Users can move issues between trackers. They can also copy or move the issues within the hierarchy of an issue. They can also copy or move the descendants of an issue to a tracker or to another issue..
In issue lists, you can view the children of an issue in the Summary column. The child is shown as a folder with another child-issue number. The summary is shown next to the folder in the Summary column corresponding to the parent of the issue. Navigate directly to the Children tab of the current parent issue by clicking the directory icon. For navigating to the child issue click its link.
