Settings (Drag & Drop) view
You can easily manage project members and their roles using drag-and-drop and one-click operations.
On the left pane, you can see the available roles. Click Add Role to add a new role. You can also edit an existing (delete function is also available, on the Edit role page) role by clicking
.
You can filter roles by selecting their checkboxes, only the members or groups that have the selected roles display on the right side. Also, you can assign a new role to a member or group if you drag the desired role to the group or member.
On the right side you can see the groups and the members assigned to the current project. You can edit the members or group, assign or unassign roles, and you can remove the member or group from this project. You can also use a drag-and-drop operation to assign a new role to a member or group. To add a new member or group to the project, click Add new member or Add New Group on the action bar.
Filtering is also available on the action bar, you can filter by Role status and by name, e-mail, phone, or company by entering the information in the filter box.
Paging is possible by displaying Groups and Members which makes it easy and effective to handle project members.
