Rating
To rate an issue with comments, the user must have the following permissions on the tracker:
• Issue - Add Comment
• Issue - Add Attachment
• Issue - Edit Comment/Attachment - Any
• Issue - Edit Comment/Attachment - Own
Using the rating feature, you can rate a requirement on a scale from 1 to 5. To use this feature on the document view, click

above the tree and select
Add Rating.
After the document view is reloaded, you can see rating icons to the left of the issues. These

show the average rating of the issues.
To add a new rating to an issue, click

and select the corresponding star. You can enter a comment, and then click Rate. The rating is updated to reflect the new average.
You can filter issues by their average rating using the report widget.
Reset ratings
If you are a project administrator, you can delete the ratings for all issues on trackers. This function is available under the

menu of the trackers.
