Comments Tab
This tab displays all the comments that are added to the review items during the review process. You can add comments at the review level, view existing comments, and also reply to the comments in the selected review. The comments that were added to the review items in the selected review before it was restarted are also displayed on this tab. You can filter the comments based on the comments type in the filter list.
Adding Comments
On the Comments tab, click the New Comment Thread list to add a comment at the review level. You can add the following types of comments to the review:

Question
Problem
Change
Actions for Comments
You can perform the following actions on each comment:
Reply: Click to reply to a comment.
more menu: Click to access the following additional options:
Mark as resolved: Click to mark the comment as resolved. For all the resolved comments is displayed.
Create Review Finding: Click to create a review finding item from the comment. The newly created item link is added as a reply to the comment for which the review finding was created. For more information, see Creating Actionable Items from Review Findings
Edit: Click to edit the comment.
Delete: Click to delete the comment.
Copy URL: Click to copy the URL of the comment.

The Reply option is enabled only for the comments that are added in the current review.
Comments and their replies are listed in a hierarchical order with the latest comment appearing at the top.
