Creating a Review Template
You can create a new review template by following these steps:
1. Click Reviews > All Reviews on the Home screen.
The Review Templates page opens.
2. Click Create Template.
Create Review Template page opens. The following five steps guide you through the review template creation process:
a. Location: Select a project in the Project list. This is the location where the template will be saved. Use this template if a review contains this project. You can only select members of this project as Reviewers, Moderators, and Viewers. Click Next.
b. Details: Enter the name and description for the review template and click Next.
c. Review Assignments: Specify details related to reviewers, moderators, notifications, and signatures. For more information on the remaining steps, see Review Assignments.
Click Next.
d. Settings: Specify details related to review deadline, comments, and item status thresholds. For more information, see Settings.
Click Next.
e. Overview: If you are satisfied with information on this page, click Create Template and complete the template creation process. If you want to update details in any of the review steps, click Previous to go back to any of the previous pages.
After completing all the steps, the Review template is created successfully. You can see the newly created review template inside the table on the Reviews Templates page.
