Adding a New Group
A group is a collection of users. Groups can represent organizational structure. The scope of group permissions is server-wide. A Codebeamer group is a category of users classified by common traits, such as organization, job profile, skill, or title.
To add a group to a project:
1. Open a project.
2. Click the Admin tab and select Members tab. The Members dialog box opens.
3. Click Add new Group.
4. In the Add new Group dialog box, select one or more groups from the group list.
5. Select one or more roles to be associated with the new member.
6. Click Add.
A new group is displayed in the Groups list.
