• Projects (required): The projects whose members in the specified roles should be assigned as staff to the tracker item that is the subject or source of the triggering event.

• Roles (optional): The roles to staff. If not specified, all roles are included. The action does the following:

◦ Checks which members of the selected projects have the same role in the subject project.

◦ Assigns the appropriate project members to the appropriate subject Staff role.
