If you want to export the Down/Up (Incoming/Outgoing) references of the exported items to Excel, you can use the attached Excel template.

The key elements of these scripts are:

• Use issueReferences helper object to find the Down/Up references of the current item. See Word Templates in CB 7.2 - 9.2

• The data returned by calls to issueReferences helper only contains minimal information about the references. You must load them before you can access objects data, such as name or description. This is loaded as described here: How to export a partly loaded reference field to Excel on page 1756
