From Codebeamer 22.04, users have the option to create tracker item templates based on already existing tracker items. This way, specific field values of a given tracker item can be saved as a template for extended reusability when creating new items. All configured tracker types support the creation of item templates, except document and test run type trackers.

Tracker item templates are stored with the tracker in which they are created. For example, item templates based on task items are stored in the tasks tracker.
