Widgets
This topic introduces the different types of available widgets, how they are configured, and how they display.
Adding Widgets
Several types of widgets can be added to the project wiki page by clicking on the Add Widget icon.
After selecting the desired widget, the widget editor window opens from which the widgets can be customized. To finalize a widget and have it displayed on the dashboard, click Save.
Disabling the Content of a Widget
*
The following section illustrates a user-specific setting that affects only the user who configures it. System administrators can override this setting using the “widget” section in the Application Configuration.
A user can disable the automatic loading of a widget content on a dashboard. This helps control the flexibility of dashboards by showing only relevant information and allowing a more personalized experience.
To prevent a widget from automatically loading its content when loading a dashboard:
1. Locate the widget showing the content that you want to disable.
2. In the upper-right corner, click > Edit.
3. Select the Disable widget content checkbox.
4. Click Save.
After saving, the Click here to load widget message replaces the widget content when a dashboard is loaded:
The Click here to load widget placeholder message.
This message appears only to the user who disabled the widget content. The user can load the widget content by clicking this placeholder message.
