Customers are responsible for the maintenance of all client devices and locally installed applications, including those provided by PTC by not part of the SaaS offering (that is, Windchill R&V, Windchill SCM, Pure Variants, Modeler, Workgroup Manager clients, Desktop Integration clients, and so on.)

Customers are responsible for the management of their network, local VPN end points, etc.
