When you install a Creo Elements/Direct Modeling application, the Diagnostic Tools utility is installed by default, and diagnostic reporting is enabled. A single installation of Diagnostic Tools can be used with all the Creo Elements/Direct Modeling applications for which you have diagnostic reporting.
