Arbortext Editor release 8.3.0.0 introduced a new functionality that allows users to add references to Windchill parts in XML documents. In this release, support is added to publish translated values of the WtPart attribute values. Users using Windchill version 13.1.1.0 or higher will be able to pull translated values of WtPart attributes and publish them.
