Execute ALD Snapshot Dialog Box
In this dialog box, the
Execute ALD Snapshot tool helps you troubleshoot publishing problems when using
APP to print or publish PDF. This troubleshooting tool requires an existing
APP snapshot zip file. You need to create the snapshot file in advance. For more information, refer to
Troubleshooting APP Publishing.
The troubleshooting tool attempts to create a PDF from the contents of the APP snapshot zip file. You provide the following information:
• Output File — Specify a location where you want to save the PDF created from the snapshot.
• View Result — Specify whether to view the PDF after it is created.
• Input File — Specify the location of the APP snapshot file.
• Hint File (optional) — Specify the location of the APP hints.xml file. The hint file is an XML document that contains parameters you can use to override some publishing parameters that were applied when the snapshot was generated.
