Reading SGML or ASCII files downloaded using HTTP URLs
Arbortext Editor may have trouble interpreting the encoding of SGML or ASCII CJK documents you download using a URL. For example, if you have a legacy UNIX document such as jpn.sgm, and download it to a Japanese Windows system, Arbortext Editor will try to interpret the document using the native operating system encoding (Shift-JIS). However, the document will be unreadable since its default encoding is JEUC, not Shift-JIS.
