The init Method
The init method is called by the Arbortext PE サブプロセス to allow the Arbortext PE アプリケーション to initialize before the first call to either doGet or doPost.
The config parameter passes information to the Arbortext PE アプリケーション through the Arbortext PE サブプロセス.
