An Arbortext PE アプリケーション is a program written in Arbortext Command Language (ACL), Java, JavaScript, or VBScript that runs in an Arbortext PE サブプロセス. The Arbortext PE Request Manager invokes an Arbortext PE サブプロセス to run an Arbortext PE アプリケーション when it receives a request with HTTP query parameters specifying the application language and a function or class name. The Arbortext PE Request Manager passes the entire HTTP request to the Arbortext PE アプリケーション. The application is responsible for constructing a complete HTTP response and returning the response to the Arbortext PE Request Manager which returns it to the HTTP client.
