If invalid credentials are mistakenly passed to a Windchill Server configured with Single-Sign-On, then you may need to clear the webview2 cache folder to display the login screen again. To clear this cache, navigate to folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Arbortext\Editor\EBWebView and delete the folder.
