To display generated text, choose View > Generated Text > Show. To hide generated text, choose View > Generated Text > Show again.

If you make changes to your document after displaying generated text, the generated text is updated based on the View > Generated Text options. The available settings are Full Auto-Updates, Partial Auto-Updates, and No Auto-Updates. Even if No Auto-Updates is set, you can manually update generated text by clicking the Update Gentext toolbar button.

Generated text in file entities will also be refreshed according to these settings.
