The Arbortext Desktop Composer option is supported on the platforms described in the Product Release Calendar for this release. Refer to support.ptc.com.

If this installation of Arbortext Editor will be using Arbortext Publishing Engine to perform document publishing, Arbortext Desktop Composer and/or the Arbortext Web/Wireless Composer product options will also be installed on the Arbortext Editor client to make the publishing menu choices available. Also, the version of Arbortext Editor on each workstation must be 8.0.0.0 or later to support Arbortext Publishing Engine 8.2.0.0 on the server.
