Other Namespaces
Other than the principal stylesheet0, _app, _dtd, and _gte namespaces, other namespaces are included in the template:
• Graphics — stores any graphic loaded into the document
Graphics are renamed in the template.
• Indexes — holds JavaScript functions (.Jf) that create the different parts of an index reference (for example primary and secondary index terms) and the index output stream for each index created in the document
• _doc_prop_ — holds the document properties which are used to populate the PostScript and PDF document properties
• links and idxmk — hold the link definition tags for hyperlinks created in the document
