In the OASIS Exchange table model, a table consists of one or more grids. Each grid consists of one or more rows. Each grid in a given table can have a different number of columns. For users of the OASIS Exchange table model, Arbortext Editor includes some editing features that operate on grids, and other features that operate on the entire table (all grids within a table). Grid features are enabled if Full Menus is turned on. Choose Tools > Preferences. In the Window category, check the Full Menus check box.

The Table Icon, and the menu options associated with it, operates on the grid level of OASIS Exchange table types. To operate on all grids in the table, choose Table > Select > Table.
