DITA Troubleshooting
You can use DITA Troubleshooting documents to provide troubleshooting information. They describe a condition, or a problem followed by its causes and remedies. You can use them to document common issues faced by users and corrective steps to fix such issues and restore the system.
DITA Troubleshooting documents have the .dita file name extension.

DITA Troubleshooting documents can also have the .xml file name extension, but PTC recommends the .dita extension.
