This function returns an estimate of the number of document fragments in a document.

Taking into consideration the overall size of the document, this value can help determine the setting for the set bigjobthreshold option. The doc__estimate_dfs function is also used when publishing to determine if content pipeline output should be written to disk rather than to memory.
