An attribute of FormatStart defines a JavaScript function to be run at the start of formatting, before any passes. The function can be provided either as an external file, or inside a CDATA block as a child of this element.

Name of the file containing a JavaScript function.
Relative file paths will be resolved with reference to the location of the output file provided in the Publish dialog box. You can also specify an absolute path to an alternate location.
