Expanding and Collapsing Levels
You can choose how much of the hierarchy you want to view in the Document Map.
To expand and collapse:
1. To expand an element, click the expand box to the left of the element name. To expand all elements in the Document Map, double-click the expand box to the left of the top element in the Document Map hierarchy.
2. To collapse an element, click the collapse box to the left of the element name. To collapse all the elements in the Document Map, double-click the collapse box to the left of the top element in the Document Map hierarchy.
