Collapsing and Expanding a Division
You can collapse all occurrences of a division element tag pair in your document. This is useful for quickly checking division titles, cutting and pasting divisions, and moving quickly through large documents.
To collapse or expand a division:
1. Choose > . The dialog box that opens contains a list of division tags, as defined by the document type's
.dcf file.
2. Choose a tag from the list.
3. Click Collapse. The content of the tag pairs are collapsed with only their tags displayed. The Cancel button also changes to Close.
4. Using the same tag pair, click Expand. The text reappears.
5. Click Close to close the Collapse/Expand Divisions dialog box.
