Synchronizing the Print Preview and Edit Windows

1. Position your cursor on the Print Preview window text you wish to see in the Edit window.

2. Synchronize the views by using one of these two options:

◦ Choose Edit > Synchronize Editor Position from the menu bar, or

◦ Choose Synchronize Editor Position from the Print Preview shortcut menu.

The document will scroll to that section in the Edit pane.

If the cursor is positioned on a table, file entity, or equation when the Edit and Print Preview windows are synchronized, the cursor moves to the top of the table, file entity, or equation.
