Markup Toolbar
The Markup toolbar contains buttons that invoke operations that manipulate the markup in a document. You can hide or display the toolbar by choosing View > Toolbars > Markup.
Right click in the toolbar area to launch a pop up menu where you can select or deselect a toolbar for display.

This is an image of the Insert Markup button on the Markup toolbar.
Insert Markup
Opens the Insert Markup dialog box, and provides a drop-down list that enables you to insert valid markup for the current cursor location.
This is an image of the Modify Attributes button on the Markup toolbar.
Modify Attributes
Opens the Modify Attributes dialog box.
This is an image of the Apply Profiles button on the Markup toolbar.
Apply Profiles
Opens the Apply Profiles dialog box.
This is an image of the Check Completeness button on the Markup toolbar.
Check Completeness
Checks that required elements are present in the document, including any of its file entities.
This is an image of the Update GenText button on the Markup toolbar.
Update GenText
Updates the generated text in the current document, including tables of contents, indices, and cross references.
This is an image of the Tag Display button on the Markup toolbar.
Tag Display
Cycles through the three types of tag display: Full Tags, Partial Tags, and No Tags.
This is an image of the Increase Font button on the Markup toolbar.
Increase Font
Increases the size of the font in the pane with the focus. Font size in percent is shown in the status bar. The limit is 500 percent of the default size.

Decrease Font
Decreases the size of the font in the pane with the focus. Font size in percent is shown in the status bar. The limit is 40 percent of the default size.
