If you have defined text entities or included file entities in your document, you can choose how they are displayed in the Arbortext Editor Edit window. Text and file entities can be displayed as text in the document. They can be displayed as markup icons or displayed as the markup and text they represent, and you can set their text color and their marker style.

Display or suppress the content of your text and file entities using the View menu. You can choose the display color for text and file entities. Go to Tools > Preferences, choose the Colors category, and select the display color for Text Entity and File Entity.
