Filter Event Log Entries Dialog Box
The Filter Event Log Entries dialog box opens when you choose the > > menu option in the Event Log. Use it to filter the list of entries in the log by context or thread. The dialog box displays a table of Event Log entries, which provides information about the originating thread(s) (in the publishing pipeline) and context (the content processed) for each entry. Each row in the table is a unique thread and context grouping for the entry. You can filter the list using the following options:
• Severity — Elect to display only entries of a specific severity in the list. The choices are Messages, Warnings, or Errors.
• Entries By — Elect to filter the list of entries into certain threads or contexts. Select the row that contains the value you want to filter on, then select Thread, Context, or All to display the required information.
The dialog box is dockable. When closed, the last docked location of the dialog box is saved in the arbortext.wcf file for the next session.
