Edit Preference Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to modify the list of folder locations associated with preferences such as graphicspath and ditapath. The dialog can be opened from both the Preferences and Advanced Preferences dialog boxes.
The Edit Preference dialog box contains the following options:
• Add
— Opens the
Browse For Folder dialog box.
Use this dialog box to browse to the folder that you want to add to the list of folders. Select the desired folder and click OK to add that folder to the File Location list. The path to the folder is added directly below the currently selected location in the list.
• Delete
— Deletes the currently selected location in the
File Location list.
• Edit
— Opens the
Edit Location dialog box for the currently selected location in the
File Location list.
Use this dialog box to modify the content of a location path. The Edit Location dialog box also provides a Browse option that opens the Browse For Folder dialog box.
Note that you can also edit a location by double-clicking on the location in the File Location list.
• Move Up
— Moves the currently selected location up one place in the
File Location list.
• Move Down
— Moves the currently selected location down one place in the
File Location list.
• File Location — Displays the list of locations currently assigned to the preference ordered by precedence.
