• Read Only — Toggles the read-only state of the text file. When Read Only is checked, the text file cannot be edited. The current read-only state is reflected by the READ indicator in the status bar, and by the locked or unlocked padlock icon in the toolbar. Clicking the padlock toolbar button performs the same function. By default, text files are read-only when opened.

• Line Hi-lite — Specifies that the Import Text window should select text line by line. Line Hi-lite is the default.

• Paragraph Hi-lite — Specifies that the Import Text window should select text in multi-line paragraph-like portions.
