You cannot upgrade an 8.0.0.0 installation to 8.0.1.0. You must install it to a new directory. Before installing 8.0.1.0, you should copy any customizations to a temporary folder and uninstall 8.0.0.0. You can use the 8.0.0.0 license for an 8.0.1.0 installation.
