Inserting Divisions
You can insert divisions your document using the Insert Markup By Category toolbar button if this feature has been configured in the document type's .dcf file. A division is a section of a document like a chapter, part, or preface.
To insert a division:
1. Click the Insert Markup By Category toolbar button.
The Insert Markup By Category dialog box appears with the Smart Insert checkbox checked. Deselect the Smart Insert checkbox if you want the list to contain only those elements that are in context at the insertion point.
2. Select the division element you want to insert in the list box.
3. Click OK. The division element is inserted at the insertion point; or if that is not in context, at the next valid location where the element is in context. You can use this dialog to insert other categories of markup, such as graphic elements.
