Locating fonts in the wfontsub.cf file
When Arbortext Editor processes a font family such as Arial or Times New Roman, it first searches the system for a matching font. If an exact match is not found, the left column of wfontsub.cf is searched to see if a substitution mapping has been provided for the font. If the substitution font is available, it is used.
This process will repeat up to five times until an acceptable font is found. If one is not found after five attempts, the default font (Times New Roman) is used.
If a font family name and font style are both specified in the stylesheet, the font family name is used.
