set diffstrikethrough= { on | off}

This command controls the appearance of deleted text in the Compare window. When diffstrikethrough is set to on (the default), deleted text appears in the assigned color and in strike-though characters. When diffstrikethrough is set to off, deleted text appears in the assigned color and in regular characters.
