Receiving Your License Pack
After you have finished Requesting Licenses, a license pack file will be sent to you by email from LM@PTC.com. The attached license pack is a text file with a file name of the form lm_xxxxxxxx_standard.txt. Save the attached license pack file to a location on the Arbortext PE server.
You need to set the PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE environment variable to the file path of the license file in the environment variable.

By default, Arbortext Publishing Engine is installed under the Windows SYSTEM account. Be sure PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE is set as a System Variable in the server’s System Properties.
