View Menu
The View menu consists of commands which control the page selection and appearance of a document display in the Print Preview window.
First Page changes the displayed page to the initial page of the previewed document.
Last Page changes the page to the last document page that is currently formatted
Previous Page changes the page to the page immediately before the one currently displayed.
Next Page changes the page to the page immediately after the one currently displayed.
Go to Page opens the Go to Page dialog box which allows you to specify the page you wish to display.
Zoom In increases the size of the screen display 20%.
Zoom Out decreases the size of the screen display 20%.
Scale to Fit re-sizes the current 1-Up or 2-Up display page to fit within the Print Preview window.
1-Up Display Mode sets the page display for viewing one page at a time.
2-Up Display Mode sets the page display to show two pages at a time.
Continuous Display Mode changes the page display to scroll continuously.
Options submenu
Extended Pages mode supports the viewing of page layout that extends beyond the page boundaries. Viewing in this mode is slower than viewing in regular mode.
Show Rulers toggles the display of the left and top rulers on or off.
Show Toolbar toggles the display of the toolbar on or off.
Pointer Cursor sets the cursor to the default left arrow pointer.
Zoom Cursor sets the Print Preview window cursor to the Zoom In magnifying glass-shaped cursor.
Scroll Cursor sets the Print Preview window cursor to the Scroll grabbing hand-shaped cursor.
Measure Cursor sets the Print Preview window cursor to the Measure grid intersection cursor.
Measurement Units submenu specifies the units in which Print Preview window measurements are to be expressed. The default unit is points. The complete list of options is:
