Spelling Shortcut Menu
The Spelling shortcut menu is activated by clicking the right mouse button with the pointer on a word with a red wavy underline. The commands available on the Spelling shortcut menu are:
Suggestions — Click on one of the suggested words to replace the word being flagged for correction.
Ignore All — Ignores the suspect word wherever it appears in your current document.
Add To Dictionary — Adds the word to the aptspell.xml file in your application data directory (creating the file if it does not exist), and causes Arbortext Editor to ignore the word wherever it appears in all subsequent documents.
The application data directory is the directory where your operating system stores user-specific data. This is usually C:\Document and Settings\user_name\Application Data\PTC\Arbortext\Editor.
Spelling — Opens the Spelling dialog box.
Cut — Deletes the highlighted region of the document and holds it in a paste buffer.
Copy — Makes a copy of the highlighted region and holds it in a paste buffer.
Paste — Inserts copied or cut text from the paste buffer at the cursor location, if permitted.
