Cutting and Pasting Text and Tags
1. Select some text and tags in a document by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the pointer over some text and tags.
2. From the menu bar, choose Edit > Cut. The paragraph disappears.
*
Using paste buffers, which some applications call the clipboard or scrap, stores only one cut or copied item at a time. To paste the text you just cut or copied, you must perform the paste operation before you cut or copy again.
3. Place the cursor elsewhere where text is allowed.
4. Choose Edit > Paste. The paragraph you cut is inserted at the cursor.
