Adding Revision Bars
Revision bars, or change bars, are used to mark regions of a document that have changed. A vertical bar outside of the right margin identifies the element whose content has changed. Revision bars can be applied to:
inline elements
informal elements
formal elements
hierarchical elements
Revision bars are not available for document front matter or indexing.
To add revision bars:
1. Click on the element you want the revision bars to appear beside.
2. Press CTRL+D. The Modify Attributes dialog box opens.
3. Choose an option from the revisionflag field. Choices are added, changed, deleted, and off.
4. Click OK.
