Advanced Toolbar
The Advanced toolbar contains buttons that invoke miscellaneous editing operations. You can hide or display the toolbar by choosing View > Toolbars > Advanced.
Right click in the toolbar area to launch a pop up menu where you can select or deselect a toolbar for display.

This is an image of the Delete Markup button on the Advanced toolbar.
Delete Markup
Removes the selected markup.
This is an image of the Change Markup button on the Advanced toolbar.
Change Markup
Opens the Change Markup dialog box.
This is an image of the Select Element Content button on the Advanced toolbar.
Select Element Content
Selects the content of the tag pair surrounding the cursor location.
This is an image of the Insert Symbol button on the Advanced toolbar.
Insert Symbol
Opens the Insert Symbol dialog box, allowing you to add a symbol to your document.
You can also use the down arrow to quickly select an icon you have previously used during your session.
This is an image of the Collapse/Expand Divisions button on the Advanced toolbar.
Collapse/Expand Divisions
Displays the Collapse/Expand Divisions dialog box, allowing you to select the division to use to expand or collapse the document's contents.
You can also use the down arrow to quickly access a drop-down list of all the elements defined as a division in your document type's .dcf file. You can use this list to collapse all occurrences of selected element type in your document.
