The Version to Compare dialog box opens when you select Tools > Compare > Version in Arbortext Editor. If you are connected to a PTC Server, use this dialog box to select a previous version of the current document on the PTC Server to compare to the current document.

The Version to Compare dialog box contains a table listing all of the previous versions of the current document stored on the PTC Server. If the current document is checked out, the latest version also appears in the table enabling you to compare any changes made since the last check in. Note that a version might not be available, depending on how your workspace is configured.

Select a version and click OK to compare that version to the current document.
