Add/Remove Map Dialog Box
This dialog box enables you to add a map to the current key context for the Insert Key Reference dialog box. You invoke this dialog box by clicking the Add/Remove button in the Insert Key Reference dialog box.
The maps included in this dialog box come from DITA maps included in the ditakeybaselist advanced preference along with any other maps that have been added to the key context for the current session. Note that this dialog box just changes the key context from the current session. To permanently change the key context, you must modify the ditakeybaselist advanced preference.
The Add/Remove Map dialog box contains the following options:
Map table — Lists the DITA maps that are included in the key context for the current document.
The table contains the following columns:
Title — Provides the title of the map taken from the title element.
If the map does not have a title, (none) is displayed in the column.
File Name — Provides the full path to the location of the map.
Add — Opens the Select Map dialog box where you can browse to the location of a map to add to the key context.
Remove — Removes the selected map from the table and the key context for the document.
