Defining the Editor View Page
Choose File > Page Setup and supply the desired settings as follows:
Specify the left margin. Make sure there is no space between the number and the unit of measure (for example, 3pc).
Valid units of measurement are: pt (points), in (inches), pc (picas), cm (centimeters), and mm (millimeters).
Choose a header and footer style to appear at the top and bottom of each page of the Editor view printout. The header or footer can each contain one of these elements:
Datemark — prints a date stamp containing the date, filename, user-id, and page number.
Page No — prints an ordinal page number at the top or bottom of each page. The numbering starts with “1” on the first page printed, and increases by one on each subsequent page.
The Text — button activates the Header Text or Footer Text field.
Header Text and Footer Text — specifies text to appear at the top (header) or bottom (footer) of each page. You may only enter text in this field when the Text option has already been chosen.
None — leaves the top or bottom of each page blank.
