Specifies a search path for Arbortext Import/Export library and configuration files that are stored outside of the Import Configuration directory, such as word-builtin-styles.rtf, word-builtin-styles.xml, and word-fields.xml. The value of APTIMPORTEXPORTPATH overrides the setting of the importexportpath Advanced Preference and set option.

Import MapTemplates and user-defined RTF style templates should be stored there as well, particularly for Arbortext Publishing Engine installations.
